Coaching for Healing, Growth & Intentional Wellness

Support for Those Ready to Better Understand Themselves, Their Story, and Their Healing Journey

Healing after trauma, chronic stress, abuse, burnout, or years spent in survival mode can feel overwhelming and lonely. Many people know something feels “off” mentally, emotionally, physically, or spiritually — but they struggle to understand why.

My coaching approach is centered around education, encouragement, mindset, wellness, nervous system awareness, and practical support for people who are working toward healing and intentional living.

Through both lived experience and years working in emergency services while navigating my own healing journey, I understand how deeply trauma, stress, and life experiences can impact the brain, body, relationships, behaviors, health, and sense of identity.

My goal is not to “fix” people.
My goal is to help people feel seen, understood, educated, empowered, and supported as they learn to reconnect with themselves and move forward with hope.

Areas of Focus

Coaching sessions may include support and education surrounding:

• Trauma and nervous system awareness
• Brain health and wellness habits
• Healing from chronic stress and survival patterns
• Mindset and intentional living
• Emotional wellness and self-awareness
• Building healthier daily routines and habits
• Personal growth and accountability
• Burnout and overwhelm
• Identity, healing, and life transitions
• Creating realistic wellness goals
• Holistic lifestyle support and encouragement

My Coaching Style

My coaching style is honest, compassionate, educational, and encouraging.

I believe healing often begins when people finally feel safe enough to:

  • Ask questions
  • Learn about themselves
  • Understand their patterns
  • Slow down
  • Become more intentional
  • Build healthier habits
  • Reconnect with hope

I do not believe healing is one-size-fits-all, and I understand that every person’s journey looks different.

This is a space for real conversations, growth, education, and practical support — not perfection.

Who Coaching May Be Helpful For

Coaching may be a good fit for individuals who:

  • Feel stuck in survival mode
  • Want support while creating healthier routines and habits
  • Are navigating healing after trauma or chronic stress
  • Want accountability and encouragement
  • Are seeking greater intentionality and wellness
  • Desire education about brain health and nervous system regulation
  • Feel overwhelmed, burned out, or disconnected from themselves
  • Want to better understand how their past experiences may still be impacting them today

Important Note

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical care, or crisis intervention.

I do not diagnose or treat mental health or medical conditions. My coaching is designed to provide education, support, encouragement, wellness-focused guidance, and practical tools for personal growth and healing.

Individuals experiencing severe mental health concerns, suicidal thoughts, or crisis situations should seek support from a licensed mental health or medical professional.

You Do Not Have to Navigate Healing Alone

Healing is often messy, layered, emotional, and nonlinear — but growth and change are possible.

Whether you are just beginning your journey or continuing to rebuild after years spent surviving, my hope is to help create a space where you feel encouraged, empowered, and supported as you move forward.
